Seasons in Life

As it's starting to become warmer here in New York City there's so much excitement in the air.

It's getting warmer as we're about to enter the Summer season and life after the Covid19 pandemic seems to revert back to almost normal.

People are out and about, trees are blooming, restrictions are removed and in some neighborhoods new restaurants or construction is taking place.

What season in life do you find yourself in? Winter, Summer, Fall or Spring?

A great speaker named Havilah Cunnington shared a profound analogy.

"Winter: a season of waiting well. During this time you may find yourself thinking I've never done this before.

Spring: a season to guard well. A time to start new things and it will be messy.

Summer: a season of fulfillment. You benefit from your hard work of the past.

Fall: a time for harvest. A season of promise."

This helped me greatly to understand which season I was in and how to navigate it.

I hope you are encouraged no matter what season of life you're currently in and know that as a Christian, God is always with you.
